Find the FCR tendon lateral to the PL tendon and trace back to medial epicondyle. Seated position. Start from olecranon, ask the person to ulnar deviate their wrist. Flexor Digitorum Superficialis - Median Humero-ulnar head: medial condyle of humerus, coronoid process of ulna. Radial head: proximal of anterior border of radius.
