Roadside Assistance is available 24 480 490 490 500 hours a day/365 days a year anywhere in the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii) and Canada. Cost of parts, replacement keys, 30 40 fluids, lubricants, fuel, material, additional labor relating to towing, or the cost of installation of products. Non- emergency towing or 40 50 other non-emergency service. Non-emergency mounting or removing of snow tires or chains. Shoveling snow from around a Vehicle, tire 50 60 60 70 repair, extrication or winching, motorcycles, trucks over one-and-a-half-ton capacity, antique vehicles (meaning vehicles over 20 years old 70 80 or out of manufacture for 10 years or more), taxicabs, limousines, or other commercial vehicles. Recreational Vehicles (RVs), camping 80 90 trailers, travel trailers, or any vehicles in tow. Any and all taxes or fines. Damage or disablement due to collision, fire, flood, or vandalism. 90 100 Towing from or repair work performed at a service station, garage, or repair shop. Towing services provided by anyone other than a 100 110 licensed service provider or garage; vehicle storage charges; a second tow for the same disablement. Service on a Vehicle that is not in a 110 120 safe condition to be towed or serviced or that may result in damage to the Vehicle if towed or serviced. Towing or service on roads not 120 130 130 140 regularly maintained, such as sand beaches, open fields, forests, and areas designated as not passable due to construction, etc. Towing at 140 150 the direction of a law enforcement officer relating to traffic obstruction, impoundment, abandonment, illegal parking, or other violations 150 160 of law. Repeated service calls for a Vehicle in need of routine maintenance or repair. In case 250 260 of Breakdown, You must follow the procedures in, “HOW TO FILE A CLAIM.” At the sole discretion of the Administrator, We will pay up to 260 270 270 280 the manufacturer’s suggested retail price for a part. Replacement may be made with new, remanufactured or used parts, which are of a 280 290 like kind and quality comparable with the original design specifications and wear tolerances of Your Vehicle. At the sole discretion of the 290 300 Administrator, We will pay up to the Repair Facility’s published hourly labor rate multiplied by the appropriate operation time as published 300 310 in a national labor rate time guide. At the sole discretion of the Administrator, We reserve the right to request Your Vehicle be moved to 310 320 another Repair Facility. 320 330 330 340 B. HOW TO FILE A CLAIM 340 350 (1) Take immediate action to prevent further damage. This Agreement will not cover damage caused by not securing a timely repair 350 360 of the failed component. 360 (2) If it is dangerous to operate Your Vehicle, or if operating Your Vehicle may cause further damage, You must have the Vehicle 370 370 380 380 390 towed (refer to Roadside Assistance section). 390 400 (3) Take Your Vehicle back to the Seller, or any Repair Facility, or You may contact the Administrator at 855-292-9309 for assistance. 400 410 (4) The Repair Facility must call the Claim Department at 800-242-7316 for approval prior to repairing or cleaning any parts. 410 420 (5) The Repair Facility must provide an estimate of parts and labor costs in order to obtain approval. No claim payments will be made 420 430 if the Claim Department has not issued a claim approval reference number prior to repairing, replacing, or cleaning any parts. 430 440 (6) You must authorize any charge(s) necessary to determine cause of failure. This includes necessary diagnostic and tear down 440 450 450 460 charges. If it is determined that the failure does not constitute a Breakdown under the terms of this Agreement, You must pay for 460 470 all diagnostic, tear down and repair charges. 470 480 (7) You must cooperate in Our investigation of any Breakdown. You must allow Us to inspect Your Vehicle if We ask to do so. We have 480 490 no obligation to inspect Your Vehicle or to certify its condition before or after covered repairs are completed. 490 500 (8) You must, upon request, show Us and/or the Repair Facility all sales receipts, invoices, or work orders showing that the Vehicle 500 510 has been properly serviced or maintained according to manufacturer’s specifications and/or provide documentation to prove 510 520 520 530 ownership of the Vehicle. 530 540 (9) Within thirty (30) days of the repair, You or Repair Facility must furnish Us with copies of the repair order and other reque sted 540 550 receipts or documents. You must submit an explanation of the Breakdown and repairs including an itemized, dated repair order 550 560 and paid receipt(s), including any paid receipt(s) for substitute transportation and, if applicable, emergency roadside assistance 560 570 expenses. All receipts must be in Your name and must show the date(s), Vehicle description, and odometer reading at the time of 570 580 the Breakdown, and Your Agreement number. 580 590 590 600 (10) We would like to contact You regarding the status and progress of Your claim via a text message. During Your initial claim contact 600 610 with the Administrator, You will be asked to confirm Your acceptance of receiving text messages. You can opt-out of receiving text 610 620 messages at any time by contacting the Administrator at 855-292-9309 or “Text STOP to end.” 620 630 640 MAINTENANCE, FLUIDS, AND SUPPLIES COVERAGE 630 640 650 A. Brake Pad/Shoe Coverage – Replacement of one (1) set of the Vehicle’s front and rear brake pads/shoes per year during the Term 650 660 660 670 of this Agreement. 670 680 B. Brake Rotor/Drum Coverage – When the Brake Rotors box is checked on the Schedule Page, this Agreement will provide for one 680 690 (1) repair or replacement of one (1) set of brake rotors (four (4) rotors) during the Term of the Agreement. 690 700 C. Electrical Coverage – Unlimited coverage of fuses, interior and exterior light bulbs including turn signal bulbs, engine compartment 70 80 lights, running lights, fog lights, stop lights, backup lights, license plate lights, parking lights, trunk light, dome light, courtesy light, 80 90 visor light, map light, and glove box light during the Term of the Agreement. 90 G. All non-working key(s)/key fob(s)/remote(s) must be made available to 320 330 the Seller or to Us for inspection. The Seller will be paid as soon as an appropriate repair order is received by Us from the Seller. The 330 340 Agreement Holder is not responsible for any out of pocket expense other than costs in excess of $5,000 throughout the Term of the 340 350 350 360 Agreement. We shall not provide any key(s)/key fob(s)/remote(s) itself. Further, We do not in any way warrant or guaranty, whether express 360 370 or implied, any replacement key(s)/key fob(s)/remote(s) obtained by You and/or paid for by Us. 370 380 380 390 Eligible Key(s)/Key Fob(s)/Remote(s) means one of the key(s)/key fob(s)/remote(s) provided to You at the time of Vehicle’s original delivery. 390 400 B. EXCLUSIONS 430 440 440 450 This Agreement does NOT provide coverage for any of the following parts or services: 450 460 (1) Any replacement key(s)/key fob(s)/remote(s) made without the Administrator’s prior authorization. 460 470 (2) Any key(s)/key fob(s)/remote(s) repair or replacement covered by warranty, recall, or acknowledgement of responsibility issued 470 480 by the manufacturer of the eligible key(s)/key fob(s)/remote(s) to be replaced. 480 490 (3) Any damages or loss whatsoever, whether consequential, direct, or otherwise, resulting from the failure or loss of a 490 500 programmed key(s)/key fob(s)/remote(s). 500 510 510 520 (4) Commercial Use vehicles. 520 530 D. Or if the manufacturer has announced its 440 450 responsibility through any means, including public recalls, and factory service campaigns. 450 460 460 470 (7) The repair or replacement of a Covered Part that any manufacturer warranty or any other coverage or other reason the 470 480 manufacturer, importer, distributor, seller, or repairer of the Vehicle will repair or replace the part at its expense or at a reduced 480 490 cost. Sole coverage for such repairs or replacements shall rest with the manufacturer or other coverage provider.
