    Excluded Vehicles

    • Tow trucks, taxi cabs, for-hire vehicles, livery vehicles, and Ride Share Vehicles are not covered
    • Vehicles used for on or off-road racing are not covered
    • Vehicles with modifications or alterations to the powertrain, exhaust system and suspension that do not meet manufacturer's specifications are not covered
    • Modifications include: lift kits over 6 inches, drops exceeding 4 inches, any tire that is IN EXCESS OF 35” and/or not recommended by the original manufacturer if it creates an odometer/speedometer variance of greater than 4%, trailer hitches (unless factory installed).
    • Emissions and/or exhaust systems modifications, engine modifications, transmission modifications, and/or drive axle modifications are not covered
    • Electric Vehicles and 10 or 12 cylinder vehicles are not covered

    Text Messaging

    • Text messages will be sent to customers regarding the status of their claims
    • When a claim is submitted, the customer will be asked to confirm their acceptance of receiving text messages
    • The customer can opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by contacting the Administrator at 855-292-9309 or “Text STOP to end.”

    Maintenance, Fluids, and Supplies Coverage

    • The plan includes replacement of one (1) set of the Vehicle’s front and rear brake pads/shoes per year
    • The plan includes one (1) repair or replacement of one (1) set of brake rotors (four (4) rotors) per year if the Brake Rotors box is checked on the Schedule Page
    • The plan includes one (1) non-hybrid/non-electric vehicle battery replacement per year, or the difference between the manufacturer’s pro‐rated reimbursement and the total cost of the non‐hybrid/non‐electric Vehicle battery replacement
    • The plan includes unlimited replacement of the headlamps during the Term of this Agreement (IMPACT DAMAGE NOT COVERED, DOES NOT INCLUDE REPLACEMENT FOR FOGGED OR HAZY HEADLIGHT LENSES).
    • The plan includes replacement of the engine belts and hoses including: vacuum pump belt, serpentine belt, power steering belt, alternator belt, supercharger belt, air intake recirculation pump belt, air conditioner belt, water pump belt, heater hose, bypass hose, throttle body hose, upper and lower radiator hoses, air conditioning hose, power steering pressure and return hose, air hose, washer hoses, vacuum hoses, and fuel hoses
    • The plan includes unlimited coverage of fuses, interior and exterior light bulbs including turn signal bulbs, engine compartment lights, running lights, fog lights, stop lights, backup lights, license plate lights, parking lights, trunk light, dome light, courtesy light, visor light, map light, and glove box light
    • The plan includes replacement of one (1) set of windshield wiper blades or inserts per year
