An EKG test explained… This is a noninvasive test used to detect the A’s: Arrhythmias Arteries Blocked (CAD, MI) Aids: how well a pacemaker or cardiac medications are working If a standard EKG cannot detect an issue, patients may be ordered to use a HOLTER Monitor.
