Top Five Benefits of Having a Diverse Workforce (Blue Collar People, 2021) 1. Innovation. One of the most significant advantages of having a diverse workforce is increased workplace innovation. Because employees see and think differently, interactions with one another result in the sharing of ideas, knowledge, and experiences, making brainstorming much more fruitful. 2. Increased adaptability. Having a diverse employee base increases your organization's adaptability in the market because a diverse workforce is better able to understand what the consumer wants. 3. Easier recruitment and retention. Because high-quality employees are scarce, you must do everything possible to acquire the few that exist. People valued diversity when evaluating job offers and companies, making diversity essential for quality recruitment. 4. Increased Productivity. Diversity in the workforce ensures diversity in the way people think. It also provides you with a diverse range of expertise and experience Copyright 2022(Cert#2022-0249-A) Buraga, R. and Cabauatan, D.
