PALO SEBO ❑ Involves climbing a bamboo pole SIPA ❑ A game played with a lead washer fitted with straw rope for aerodynamics – the washer is held up in the air as long as possible using kicks, elbows and knees PITYAW (SYATO) ❑ Involves a short stick, being hit together in different stages – the score of which is the measure of the stick from its position to the goal. SYNCHRONIZED SWIMMING known as artistic swimming, is a sport that combines swimming, dance, and gymnastics DIVING An aquatic sport where athletes jump or fall into water from a platform or springboard while performing acrobatics. It requires a combination of strength, flexibility, balance, and precision. SNORKELING A water activity where participants swim near the surface of the water while using a snorkel (a breathing tube) to observe underwater life. SURFING A water sport where participants ride waves using a surfboard, balancing and maneuvering to stay on the wave as it carries them toward the shore. SAILING Art of navigating a boat using the power of wind. It combines technical skills, an understanding of weather, and physical coordination. MUAY THAI Thai boxing is a traditional martial art and combat sport originating from Thailand.
