HOTEL RULES - Check-In time 15:00 hrs or later. - Check-out time 10:00 hrs. - Charges apply for any late check-out: 40€ for a private room and 20€ for a bed in a shared room until 2pm, then after 3pm onwards the price of an extra night will be charged. - The Luggage Room is offered to keep your luggage after check out, without an extra cost, during the office opening hours. - Our TVs are smart TVs already connected to the internet. Feel free to watch YouTube or Netflix using your own password, or to connect it to you phone or notebook. - For the electricity and AC to work, keep your key card at the compartment next to the door. Note that if you open the window (or any balcony´s door) the AC stops working automatically. If you would like to have the AC on, make sure the windows and doors are properly closed. - Room service is provided every 3 days, after 10 am. In case you don't want to have your room cleaned, please keep the sign accordingly to your wish in front of your door. - In case you would like to change your towels during your stay, please ask us at the reception during reception hours. - Linen to be replaced during 1-week stay upon request only. Please contact us at the reception. - Kitchen utensils are not washed during housekeeping, please keep your kitchen clean. If you leave the kitchen dirty at the time of check-out, you will be charged a supplement of 20€.  HOTEL RULES - In case you lose your key card, the amount of 5€ will be charged. In case you get locked outside your room with your key card inside, just contact us at the reception or by whatsApp and we will open the door for you. - Iron and hair dryer may be given upon request against a deposit of 20 €. - Quiet hours start from 22:00 hrs till 8:00 hrs. - We reserve the right to refuse or remove people from Citizen Suites without a refund in case of misbehaviour/violence. - Any damages done to our property are to be paid in full as advised by administration. - All room and indoors common areas are Non Smoking. A fee of 100€ will be given if caught smoking in the rooms. - We have fire alarm sensors in all the rooms, so please be careful when cooking anything that generates smoke. Important to turn on the extractor above the cook-top and if necessary, also open the windows. In case the alarm goes on for using the cook-top incorrectly, a fine of 100€ will be charged. - The front door code is placed inside Citizen Suites next to the entrance door and in front of the office. We often change it so please always check the code before going out. - In case you would like to take out the garbage of your room, please bring it to the floor -1 (the basement) and put it inside the big green skip. - It´s not allowed to bring a visitor to your room, only at the common areas of Citizen Suites.
