Handtevy Zackary Grossman Handtevy Modern solution for Broselow tape Originally for pediatrics Located on every Sonim phone (app looks like hand) Tool for cardiac arrest management Tracks time, medication and usage Senda all information to EPCR Can be practiced on without issues Steps: 1. Open app 2. Select - add new patient 3. Estimate patient size - adults are at the bottom (lbs/ 2.2 = kg) 4. Start CPR (click continuous to change) default is 30:2 Precharge sound - 1:45 - reminder to Precharge monitor Metronome turn o (click speaker) once Lucas is attached 5. Pulse check - click de brillation - select no shock or shock with appropriate joules and restarts precharge timer 6. Epi Button - select IV or IO - preloaded weight based dose Timer started - turns orange @ 3mins for next dose - # of dosages given is in parenthesis 1 dose q 4 minutes up to 4 dosages (more with ROSC) 7. Bottom Row - Meds, Drips, Equipment and Electrical Interventions - select and enter, auto-populated with weight based dosages per protocol 8. Equipment Button - select AirTraq from equipment list Intubation - did video laryngoscope (VL) occur - MMP requires recording and auditing - provide data on 1st attempt pass rate 9. Stop CPR - top right - select appropriate patient outcome 10. Blue Box with Carrot - hit to upload data Next screen Check box then hit submit Information sent to cloud for EPCR download ff fi
