Through the ascending limb of Henle’s Loop only some particular substances like 25% Sodium, 25% Calcium, 20% Potassium, and 55% Magnesium can be removed in a small percentage of Re-Absorption takes place here. Whereas in the descending limb, only water is removed. In this part of the Nephron, concentrated urine is formed.
