The thick ascending limb has simple cuboidal epithelium with apical micro projections and undulating cell border. No Bruch borders. Through the ascending limb of Henle’s Loop only some particular substances like 25% Sodium, 25% Calcium, 20% Potassium, and 55% Magnesium can be removed in a small percentage of Re-Absorption takes place here. Whereas in the descending limb, only water is removed.
