2024 SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM 1st July 2024 Dear Applicant, Congratulations! It is a pleasure for me to inform you that you have been selected for the second stage of the scholarship. Each year students who have distinguished themselves through outstanding academic achievement and demonstrated a level of neediness would be awarded this scholarship upon their application. The scholarship scheme awards: Tuition and a Hostel Scholarship - This caters for a student’s tuition and hostel fee. Tuition and a half Hostel Scholarship – This caters for a student’s full tuition and half hostel fee. Tuition Scholarship - This caters for only the tuition fee of a student. Half Tuition Scholarship – This caters for 50% tuition fee of a student. All applicants are mandated to follow GraceStation Foundation on these social media handles (Facebook and Instagram) before proceeding with the second application form. To benefit from any of the scholarship packages stated above, you are requested to fill the second stage application using this link https://forms.office.com/r/qb4fvVb8qU and present the following documents listed below via email to [email protected] not later than Monday, July 22nd 2024. Failure to do so within the given time frame your application will be disqualified. SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS The following are required documents needed by first-time applicants: For need: Half-page written essay highlighting all topics requested in the second application form. An official payslip or payroll record of parents/guardians/applicant. (If in the formal sector) Breakdown of parent income and expenses in relation to their work. (If in the informal sector) SSNIT contribution statements of parents/guardians (if available) Tax return receipts– IRS, VAT, tabletop hawking receipts, etc. Pension letter for retired parents/guardians. (If the guardian is retired) Death Certificate or Burial permit (in case of death of a parent). Proof of loan acceptance form (If previous education was sponsored by loan) Copy of National identification card. Evidence of other dependents of parents/guardians. (Recent school fees receipt and birth certificate of siblings) Any other supporting documents that you believe will assist in the processing of your application. For Academic: High School Transcripts /Terminal Reports (For SHS graduates only) West African Senior School Certificate Exam Results (WASSCE - For SHS graduates only) Proof of university application (For fresh students) University Introductory letter (For continuing students) University transcript (For continuing students) University admission letter and student ID card (For continuing students) Recent school fee structure and Hostel bill (For continuing students) Previous school and hostel fees receipts (For continuing students) Records on achievement tests, academic awards, honours, or substantive assessments by teachers, including letters of recommendation.
