Terminology 1-Auscultation:the action of listening to sounds from the heart, lungs, other organs, typically with a stethoscope as part from medical diagnosis. 2-Palpation:is the method of felling with the fingers or hands to check the body. 3-Inspection:is most generally an organized examination or formal evaluation exercise. 4-Percussion:it is a method of tapping on a surface to show the internal of medicine. 5-Polyuria:is excessive or an abnormally large production or passage of urine. 6-Nocturia:is when a person has to walk up at night to pass urine. 7-Pallor\_Hypoxia\_Cyanosis:palemucous membranes may indicate blood loss or anemia or may result from poor perfusion. 8-Hypertension:is a systolic blood pressure great than 140 mm Hg and a diastolic pressure than 90 mm Hg over asustained period. 9-Hypotension:is defined as a decrease in systolic and diastolic arterial pressure below the normal. 10-Hypotermia:A condition in which the body loses heat faster than it can be produced often occurs after prolonged exposure to cold temperature. 11-fever:A body temperature of (38.3)C°or higher represents a fever and deserves further revaluation. 12-Unconsciousness/Coma: is a state of unconsciousness in which a person cannot be awakened fails to respond normally to painful stimuli or sound lacks a normal wake sleep cycle and does not initiate voluntary actions. 13-Tachycardia:exceeds the normal range in general a resting heart rate over 100 beats per minute is accepted as tachycardia. 14-Bradycardia:is a condition in which the heart beats slower than normal. 15-Dyspnea:is defined as difficult or labored breathing or the unpleasant awareness of ones breathing. 16-Tachypnea:abnormaly fast breathing. A respiratory rate than is too fast the normal rate of respiration on (breaths per minute) depends on a number of factors, including the age of the individual and the degree of exertion. 17-Apnea:cessation of breathing for more than 20 seconds, or for any duration if associated with bradycardia or cyanosis. 18-orthopnea:is shortness of breath or difficulty breathing when you are lying down. 19-pulse\_pulse pressure: it is the difference between systolic and diastolic blood pressure values. 20-Blood pressure\_ types of hypertension: There are several types of hypertension, the most common of which is primary hypertension. Other types include secondary hypertension, resistant hypertension, and isolated systolic hypertension. Hypertension is the term that health professionals use to describe high blood pressure.
