Courses under Student Academic Management System (SA^4S) for the Academic Session: 2OZ4-25 Madam /Sir, ln inviting to the subject and reference cited above, lam directed to inform you that this Department have made the reconcitiation of admission fees for U.G. Courses titt 09.08.2024. The refund have atready been initiated by this Department to the applicants as wetl as to the Higher Education lnstitutions. Therefore, it is requested to a[[ the HEls to refund the entire admission fees (excluding Rs. 500/- as processing fees) to those students who have taken CLC after 09.08.2024 or will obtain CLC for taking admission in upper choice cotleges/Hon's Subject in same Cottege or in other Cotteges from SAMS colleges to SAMS or Non-SAlt{S colleges tilt the issuance of Ctosure of e-admission for the Academic Session 2024-25. This is applicable for the First year U.G students (freshly admitted) only. The students can obtain the CLC and can ctaim their refund from their tast admitted HEls titt issuance of the Ctosure of the admission for the current Academic Session. After issuance of the Closure Letter for admission into U.G. Courses, the students cannot raise the refund from their admitted HEls. ln future, if any complaint on non-refund is proved, Government will be compelled to take Departmental action on that HEl. This may be treated as MOST URGENT.
