The institution`s good production, or providing a service excellently, so it is capable of fulfilling beneficiary`s needs consistently with their expectations and achieving happiness and satisfaction for them. Quality Culture (QC) Quality culture plays a significant role in achieving sustainable success, improving performance, and enhancing internal and external customer`s satisfaction, it is a basic part of educational institution`s reputation. QC can be defined as: the opinions, values, beliefs, traditions and practices concerning quality, it represents the environment in which the employees follow guidelines in all levels and specifications, motivating them to realize the institution`s vision, mission Items of Quality Culture Participation and Effective Customer Wise Comprehensi Communicati Orientation Leadership on on Continous Learning and Responsible Improving Developing Personality Quality Improvement (QI) Quality improvement aims to achieve the highest level of efficiency, lower down the defects as it possible in a way to raise the ability of the institution in competition, consequently achieving the customer`s satisfaction. Continuous improvement is a main part of quality culture. All the procedures and action within the institution to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the activities and processes for adding additional benefits to the institution and its customers. It is a process of creating an environment in which efforts of the educational institution staff strive to create constantly improving quality for the aim of improving performance levels and all processes through following a method reduces waste and errors, and increases the institution`s capacity to meet beneficiaries` expectations. TQM excellence and success in industry, it moved to education starting by high education, then pre-university education. Quality circles originated in Japan in the fifth decade of the twentieth – century, it spread from Japan to all countries because of its effectiveness in quality improvement and raising productivity in various institutions, they are also called quality control circles or improvement teams. Quality circles are defined as small groups of employees (from 6 to 12) members, meeting regularly to identify and solve their work problems. Accreditation: Accreditation is originated from the verb accredit which means making something dependent, it also means formally accredited for any institution to do educational activities. "Accrediting agencies organize and conduct institutional review and, with information from those reviews, they make decisions on whether or not to accredit an institution. kinds of Accreditation Authorities A.institutional accreditation: which means measurement of the whole institution quality. B.Specialized accreditation: means measurement of academic programs quality in the educational institution. The importance of accreditation The Governmen t and the Public Work the Importance of Educational Sectors Accreditation Institutions Students Quality Assurance (QA) A proactive approach that focuses on preventing defects and errors before they occur, it involves planning, designing, and implementing quality standards and procedures that ensure the consistency and reliability of the products and processes. The management system which by exercising control over activities at all stages, the essential features are efficient quality management system, periodic review and audit of the operation system. Self Evaluation Self-evaluation (internal audit) is the pillar of school accreditation, as a beginning evaluation is defined as: a diagnostic and therapeutic process to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the institution`s performance, in order to enhance the strengths and treat the weaknesses in the light of policy of the state and the institution. Systematic process based on scientific rules to issue a scientific verdict of all inputs, processes and outputs of the educational system. Self-study Report (SSR) The most important step in the process of assessment and accreditation is the preparation of SSR by the institution, it contributes in developing educational institution and improving its performance through taking wise decisions: It is defined as: The document which is prepared by educational institution following the guidelines provided by accreditation authority and it is a basic step of accreditation. The document which is the result of educational institution`s self-evaluation in the light of standards for the aim of diagnosing and analyzing performance, identifying achievements and challenges and identifying future improvements objectives.
