India Assignment – Nov 2024 Class/Course/Sem – MBA (FT) 1 Sem. Subject – OB (Timeline: 10 days) Max. Marks - 20 THE TASK: Identify employee staffing, employee training and performance appraisal practices of at least two organizations. Do ensure that these organizations belong to different industries (for example- You may choose any big Retail store and an automobile showroom). Please use your Diwali vacations to visit the organization’s offices in your hometown. You should also visit their websites and other internet-based articles/resources to do the task. Compare their practices (employee staffing, employee training and performance appraisal practices) and examine how they have helped organizations become more effective. Develop a written report on your findings of the above-mentioned practices. Submit the Assignment as a written report by 4th Nov 2024 via Turnitin. The assignment should be around 3000 words.
