Ltd. Is an authorized registered company in India registeredunder Company Act 2013 and the Corporate Identification Number is U74999DL2018PTC339123 having its Corporate Office at above mentioned address. COMPANY SIGNATURE CLIENT SIGNATURE  Terms and Conditions In consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this Contract, the parties hereto agree to the following terms and conditions: - 1. Our Role and Commitment to you: The Client has expressly authorized and designated Sernexuss Management and Services Pvt. Ltd. to act on his/her behalf in the matter of his/her immigration application to UK. In consideration of the fees paid and the matter stated above, The Company agrees to do things mentioned below: a) Inform the client about the documents and forms, verbally /digitally/email required for the deposit of his/her Immigration file. b) Assisting and guiding the client towards the preparation of the immigration forms and documents. c) Do the follow-up of the file with the Immigration department and inform the client. d) Job Assistance: Company will provide you job assistance like resume building and promoting on job portals. Submitting application through employer portals or third-party portals. Job interviews subject to employer interest in the Client’s profile. e) As visa laws and policies are frequently being updated or amended, the advice provided by Sernexuss during our consultation process can only be used for 30 days. Sernexuss cannot be held responsible for any work visa policy or law that changes and that may affect your case. f) We provide 60 days to a client to submit all the documents required. Kindly let us know if you find difficulties so we can help you. g) We have no control over the time it takes to process your application once you have sent it to the concerned authorities. We also do not provide guarantee on the final decision on your case. We cannot accept legal responsibility if your case is affected by a change in the law or visa policy during the process. COMPANY SIGNATURE CLIENT SIGNATURE  Our Consultancy Fee Client agrees to pay a consulting fee – INR 50,000/- Inclusive GST 18% INR 50,000/- Consultancy fee for UK Job Assistance 1st Installment paid on 14-11-2024 INR 30,000/- Payment Received 2nd Installment due on 29-11-2024 INR 20,000/- Mode of Payment: UPI Total Fee INR 50,000/- Payment Plan Two Installment payment plan. 2. Payment terms and conditions: a) Total Professional fees of members: INR 50,000/- payable as per payment plan mentioned above. b) Payment for expenses such as Courier/Postage/Copying/Notary: The client should incur all these expenses at his/her end. The client does not incur such costs, the member will raise the invoice at actuals, and the client will reimburse it. c) Sernexuss charge one fee as consultation fee which covers the services being provided. However, client must acknowledge that there could be additional fees which are directly payable to concerned departments. These fees are not payable to Sernexuss. d) Client is responsible to pay the consultancy charges on the date mentioned in the agreement. In case not payable within timeframe, Sernexuss can close the case on immediate basis. COMPANY SIGNATURE CLIENT SIGNATURE  3. Confidentiality a) All information and documentation reviewed by company, required by company and all governing bodies and used to prepare the application, will not be divulged to any third party, other than agents, without prior consent, except as demanded by law. b) The client agrees to the use of electronic communication and the storage of confidential information. The company will use best efforts to maintain a high degree of security for electronic communication and information storage. c) Both the parties agree not to disclose confidential information to any third party other than concern bodies which require information and documents to process visa application. client Information such as financial information, personal information etc. Company information like annexure, Legal operations, Payment summary. 4. Non-disclosure Both the parties agree to not to breach the policy of confidential information mentioned in clause 3. Both the parties can share information after intimation by government of India or law of court. The aggrieved party can sue for breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, copyright infringement, or other intellectual property violations. The court can award financial damages and legal costs. The breach may result in criminal charges. 5. Force majeure The company's failure to perform any term of this retainer agreement, as a result of conditions beyondhis control such as, but not limited to, like sickness of the member, governmental restrictions or subsequent legislation, war, strikes, or act of God shall not be deemed a breach of this agreement. 6. Termination a) This agreement terminates if material changes occur to the client's application or eligibility, making it impossible to proceed with services detailed in section 1 of this agreement. Unless expressed and agreed otherwise, this agreement terminates on completing 6 months from the date of sign-up. COMPANY SIGNATURE CLIENT SIGNATURE  b) Failure in providing documents within 60 days of your consultation will lead to closure of your case. Also failed to communicate with case officer for 60 days will lead to closure of your case. In case you want to reopen your case, you will have to pay the appropriate charges in order to get your case active and reassessed by one of our representatives of Sernexuss Management and Services in the changed circumstances. c) Sernexuss will terminate the agreement on immediate basis if client provided fake or misleading information or forged documents. 7. Refund Policy a) The company is committed to refund of the fee under this agreement except on the grounds of the client's (i) performance at interview (ii) not meeting eligibility (iii) change in ImmigrationPolicy or regulation that disqualifies client from current Immigration Program (iv) inability to follow company's advice (v) violation of any of the terms of the refund clause and (v) withdrawal from the agreement for any reasons. b) Sernexuss will not pay a refund if you withdraw/ abandon your application due to any reason during the process after signup. In such cases 0% amount will be refundable. c) Sernexuss will not pay a refund if the client is not selected for an interview by a consultant. In such cases 0% amount will be refundable. d) Sernexuss will pay refund if visa gets rejected due to Sernexuss fault. Sernexuss will provide you refund if failed to provide you job assistance. The refund will be made within 60 working days after client submit Sernexuss refund claim form to Sernexuss. e) Sernexuss will pay a refund if failed to provide you job assistance. f) Sernexuss will not pay any refund if failed to provide documents or failed to communicate with case the officer for straight 60 days. No refund if failed to provide Police clearance certificate, Unable to clear medical exam. g) The refunds mentioned above are for the full consultancy fee paid as per process. Duties of the client and terms and conditions The client understands, has been informed, and agrees to comply with the following duties, terms, and conditions: a) Provide documents within 60 days of validating this agreement. b) Inform case officer in case of change in circumstances. c) Provide authentic documents and correct information. Accepting this Agreement: In line with contract law, you will have accepted this agreement once you pay your deposit and act in line with the conditions in it. This Agreement is legally binding in the country you live and the country you want to migrate to.
