Her mother complaining of a facial deformity that is a defect in his upper lip in the left side Case 1 that reach the floor of the nose with a difficulty in the feeding Answer the followings: 1- What is your diagnosis? a- Left incomplete cleft lip. b- Left complete cleft lip. c- Bilateral complete cleft lip. d- Bilateral incomplete cleft lip. 2- Explain why there is a feeding problem. a- Defect in buccinator muscle. b- Defect in frontalis muscle. c- Defect in orbicularis oris muscle. d- Inability to create negative pressure. 3- What is the time of surgical intervention? a- 1 month. B- 2 months. C- 3 months. D- 4 months. Case 2 A male baby 3 months age came to maxillofacial surgery out patient clinic.
