PART 1: INTRODUCTION TO THE BUILDING CODE PART 1 – 1.4: BUILDING PERMIT ISSUANCE AND VALIDITY OF BUILDING PERMITS If deemed satisfied and accepted, the Building Official shall issue the building permit within fifteen working days upon payment of required fees by the applicant. Errors found in the plans and specifications 2. In correct or inaccurate data or information supplied 3.
