Go to Actions and Recommendations and select "**Case Module Orders - Select New Case Type.**"\ **Step 4.** Select "**Cancellation of pending service**" as case reason and select "Next" and "Finish."\ **Step 5**. Select "**SR - Used to create a service request for Cancelling a pending service**" found on Next Best Action. - *Deposit paid via credit card, enter to refund deposit payment in "**Additional Notes**" section.* - *Deposit paid via cash, advise to contact cash company where customer made a payment to get refund of deposit.* **Step 6**.
