SEC 4. BASIS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE MINIMUM DESIGN STANDARDS Modular System Involves assembling multiple pre-fabricated modules on site to create a working unit. By joining similar elements together in various ways, modular architecture allows for more flexibilities in design and standardized repair. SEC 4. BASIS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE MINIMUM DESIGN STANDARDS The parameters used in formulating these Design Standards are: A. Protection and Safety of Life, Limb, Property and General Public Welfare SEC 4.
