Common metrics to track developments: Project progress: the percentage of tasks which have been completed to date against the project backlog Cycle time: the time it takes on average to complete a single development cycle (in one sprint) Lead time: the time it takes from the initiation of a task or feature request to its completeion and delivery Team velocity: the average amount of work that is completed by the scrum team in a sprint Effect density: the number of defects identified per unit of development Code churn: the rate of change in software code UI load speed: the average time it takes for the user interface to load Error rate percentage of user interactions with the system that result in errors or issues Data accuracy and completeness: metrics related to data integrity and data completeness Time to market time between project initiation and release of first product version Customer experience metrics: metrics that assess satisfaction of end users User engaement: metrics that show the degree to which users engage with output of a project Feature adoption rate: how quickly end users start using new features after product is released
