These have an area of less than 386,000 square miles (1 million square km), and some scientists estimate that there are about 57 on Earth. The lithosphere is said to be in constant but very slow motion. These motions are not the same everywhere. This movement of the lithosphere is called tectonics. The theory of moving lithospheric plates is called plate tectonics. Earthquake Triangulation method You can replace the image on the screen with your own work.
