**Assign teacher's loads** This facility allows all the class advisers to assign loads to their subject teachers. **Assigning of loads can be done only after all section names are loaded into the system**. If you are a class adviser you must follow the steps below when assigning teachers loads: 1. 2. 3. 4\. Type the Family name of the teacher who will be handling your subject. As you start typing the first 3 letters of the Family name, the complete name of the teacher appears automatically. Just select the teacher. 4. **How to Register NEW Learners** **First step, do it right** As a class adviser, you need to register all the students in your class. Registering a student can be done **only once**. You will also do this if it is your first time to use the system. In the next succeeding years, only Grade 1 and Grade 7 class advisers will do the registration process. If a student is already registered, and another class adviser will attempt to register the same student, the system will prevent duplicate entries and will generate error message as shown: ![](media/image20.png) **How to register a new student** 1. 2. 3. **Note *: Registering**** a student is different from** Enroling** a student.* **How to Enroll a Learner** If a learner is already in the system (after registration), you can enroll him/her in your class. ![](media/image1.png) **How to check your loadings** Subject loads are assigned to you by yourself (for straight teaching, grade 1 to 3) or by other Class Advisers. **How to encode grades** As a class adviser, you don't need to encode the grades of your subject teacher/s. You just encode the grades of your student under your subject/s. ![](media/image2.png) **Note**: *The button is disabled after lock date or if no lock date has been set. Inform the admin.* Type the grade of the student then click "**Save**". Encoding of grades is done per student to avoid network congestion. By default, male students will be displayed first. You can choose from the "**Select GENDER**" drop-down the type of gender you want to display. ![](media/image24.png)
