Assigning Teacher Loads
- Teachers' loads are assigned by class advisors.
- Assignment is possible only after section names are in the system.
- Follow these steps to assign loads:
- Go to the "TEACHERS LOADS" menu.
- Select "ASSIGN LOADS".
- Click "Proceed".
- Type the teacher's family name (first three letters trigger complete name).
- Select the teacher.
- Select the subject.
- Select the section.
- Click "Assign load".
Registering New Students
- Register all students in your class.
- Only do this once, or for new system use.
- Only Grade 1 and Grade 7 advisors register students in later years.
- If a student is already registered, the system stops duplicate entries and gives an error message.
Enrolling Learners
- If a student is already in the system, you can enroll them in your class.
- Click "Select My Class Advisor".
- Type the student's family name.
- Click "Enroll".
- Be careful, if multiple students share a family name, use the LRN (Learner Reference Number) to find the right student.
Checking Loadings
- Subject loads are assigned by yourself or other class advisors.
- Go to "My Loadings" to check.
- Click "View my loads".
Encoding Grades
- Class advisors don't encode subject teacher grades.
- Encode your students' grades under your subjects.
- Go to "My Loadings".
- Select "View my loads".
- Enter grades and click "Save" per student.
- To avoid network issues, encode per student.
