Ref No: MCL/LKPA/BOCM/PO/SAFETY/2023-24/z Date: 24ls J2o 27 OFFICE ORDER In accordance to the Rule 290of the Mines Rules, 1955, the following persons are designated as Workmen's Inspector after consultation with trade unions at Belpahar Open Cast Mine. The Workmen's Inspector will hold office for a period of three years w.e.f. 24.05.2023, unless he resigns from his office. There present place of posting are unchanged and they shall perform the duties mentioned as per Rule 29R for two days that is Tuesday & Friday (Fixed days of inspection) in every week; on remaining days of the week, he shall perform his normal duties unless called upon to perform the duties mentioned in Rule 29R. The Workmen's Inspector shall record a full report of the matters ascertained as a result of his inspection in an interleaved paged and bound register kept for the purpose in the mine in Form U. The Workmen's Inspector making the entry in the register aforesaid shall duly sign such entries with date and take a copy of the entries for his record and report the same in Form Uwithin 24 hours of the inspection to the undersigned for needful action. Substitute/ Panel of Workmen Inspector: 1. Shri Sujit Bauri, Sr.Overman :WI(Min) 2. Shri Khageswar Mahanta, Foreman(Mech) WI(Mech) 3. Shri Anup Ku. Jagdala, Asst. Foreman (Elect.) WI(Elect.) The Workmen's Inspector from substitute panel will carry out the duties and responsibilities of Workmen's Inspector in absence of regular Workmen's Inspector.
