PERSONNEL POLICY 12/29/2021 12/29/2021 831 SUBJECT AMENDS Policy Series 800: Member’s Health – Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Lodge 99 Peer Support Specialists REFERENCE RESCINDS PPBM 830 I. INTRODUCTION The Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Lodge 99 will assist all members in need of peer support. II. PROCEDURES A. Any member who needs or believes a member needs peer support will contact the FOP Lodge 99 Liaison or email [email protected]. B. The FOP Lodge 99 Liaison will contact the Chief’s Executive Officer or designee for approval when an incident requires a peer support specialist to receive: 1. Overtime compensation. 2. Special Assignment. C. The FOP Lodge 99 will maintain a list of available peer support specialists. Richard C.
