Social Media Influencers A social media influencer is a user who has established credibility in a specific industry or conI area, has access to a huge audience through their follower network and can persuade others to act based on their recommendations. An influencer could blog, vlog, or post to a personal account on lnstagram, Facebook, Twitter or another social media site. They may be an online entrepreneur or a celebrity, and are always trying to increase their number of followers by regularly adding new content. Examples of Social Media Influencers Huda Kattan @hudabeauty (lnstagram) Chiara Ferragni @chiaraferragni (lnstagram) Huda is a blogger and one of the biggest beauty influencers on social media. She uses video, images and other content to show cosmetic trends, product reviews and how-to instructions. She also has her own line of makeup. Huda has over 34 million followers. Chiara is a former model and top fashior influencer who writes a blog called The I Salad and posts content and pictures or lnstagram.
