Having completed the task analysis, now you can move to KSA analysis and person analysis using the following format covering all three levels of analysis 2. This inventory may be filled out by one of your group members using the past job so that level possessed (Person analysis) also may be assessed. Position: The name of the organization: Task Analysis KSA Analysis Person analysis Gap Main Job Relative Task statements KSAs Required Level of Level of proficiency Duties Importa proficiency possessed by the nce required position holder (1-5 (1-5 rating) # rating) # # Need not be 5-point scale. You may use any scale, but the same scale should be used for the level of proficiency required and possessed (person analysis).
