One mark for identifying information and one mark for providing some descriptive detail. Explain: Give a reason why something occurs. Two marks for each explanation. One mark for identifying the reason and one mark for some detail in the explanation. Comment: Give your opinion on something and provide some reason to support your opinion. (2 marks) Examples: List three components of fundamental justice as defined by the Supreme Court of Canada in a 1985 decision. (3 marks) Describe two sections of the Charter that affect education and schools. (4 marks) Give two reasons based on educational law or policy why teachers would restrict cell phone use in their classrooms.
