Wellness – Optimal health and vitality, encompassing all dimensions of well-being. Living live to the fullest. Largely determined by the decisions you make about how you live. Enhanced wellness involves making conscious decisions to control risk factors that contribute to disease or injury What is the Difference Between Health and Wellness?
