西华师范大学 西华师范大学国际学院 来华留学生申请校外实习、勤工助学手续办理 相关规定 根据《中华人民共和国外国人入境出境管理条例》国务院 637 号令、 《学校招收和培养国际学生管理办法》教育部 42 号令、 《高等学校国际学生勤工助学管理办法》教育部办公厅〔2021〕 2 号及学校关于学生实习、勤工助学相关规定，为进一步规范 和指导西华师范大学国际学院来华留学生从事校外实习及勤工 助学活动特出台此规定。 一、申请资格 1、为我校正式注册的来华留学生学历生，且已在学校连续 学习一年以上； 2、在中国境内，持有有效学习类居留证件，且剩余有效居 留时间为六个月以上； —1—  3、符合实习、勤工助学岗位所需身体条件； 4、本科生申请人专业必修课无不及格(重修通过亦可申请) 成绩应该在所在年级留学生排名前 50%；研究生申请人所修课程 无不及格； 5、遵守中国法律法规和西华师范大学校规校纪，品行端正、 表现良好，无违法犯罪记录和违规违纪行为； 6、申请人需同时征得培养院系和国际学院同意； 7、申请人已经取得相关企业或单位实习、勤工助学资格， 且工作内容与本人所修专业相关； 8、实习、勤工助学时间不超过西华师范大学在校期限； 9、学校及出入境管理部门规定的其他条件。 二、申请流程 1、来华留学生取得实习、勤工助学资格后，企业或用人单 位需开具实习证明、用工证明或用工协议，并明确标注工作时 间、地点和内容； 2、填写《西华师范大学来华留学生实习申请表》或《西华 师范大学来华留学生勤工助学申请表》由班导师、培养院系签 署意见后，提交至国际学院； 3、国际学院对相关申请材料进行审核，审核通过的来华留 学生可获得在居留证件上加注实习、勤工助学同意证明函； —2—  4、来华留学生向南充市公安局出入境管理支队提交居留证 件加注申请材料，办理居留证件实习、勤工助学加注手续。 三、所需申请材料 1、实习单位开具的《实习证明》或勤工助学用人单位出具 的《用工协议》 ，证明和协议需要加盖公章的原件； 2、 《西华师范大学国际学院来华留学生实习申请表》或《西 华师范大学来华留学生勤工助学申请表》； 3、《西华师范大学国际学院来华留学生出入境手续办理证 明》； 4、学校和出入境管理部门需要的其他证明材料。 四、校外实习、勤工助学其他注意事项 1、每次办理居留证件加注期限不得超过六个月； 2、申请人选择的实习、用人单位必须具有出入境管理部门 认可的聘用外籍人士资质，实习单位还必须具有与培养院系共 建实习基地的资质（签订共建实习基地协议书）； 3、申请人变更实习、用人单位后，必须重新办理居留证件 加注手续； 4、申请人不得在正常教学时间进行勤工助学，不得因勤工 助学缺席正常教学活动，每周最长勤工助学时间不得超过 8 小 时，每月不超过 40 小时，寒暑假期间，原则上每周不超过 16 —3— 小时，每月不超过 80 小时； 5、如申请人在实习、勤工助学期间出现学业成绩明显下降、 缺勤情况较多、违犯校规校纪和中国法律等情况，学校和出入 境管理部门有权取消实习、勤工助学资格并取消签证发放； 6、申请人在实习、勤工助学期间发生休、退学等学籍异动， 必须立即停止实习、勤工助学并按要求及时注销居留许可； 7、学校和出入境管理部门提出的其他注意事项。 西华师范大学国际学院 2024 年 9 月 1 日 —4— 附件 1： 实习证明 南充市公安局出入境管理支队: 兹 有 我 ********* 公 司 ， 属 内 资 企 业 / 外 资 企 业 ， 主 要 从 事 *********************业务。由于公司发展需要,计划聘请*********学 校******籍学生*******先生/女士，护照号码:********，自****年*月* 日至****年*月*日在我公司实习，主要负责公司*********业务。具体实 习内容如下: 1、********** 2、********** 我公司承诺：保证******先生/女士在华期间遵守中华人民共和国各 项法律法规及规章制度，并提供相应的聘用外国人资质的材料。 *******公司 ****年**月**日 —5— 附件 2： 勤工助学证明 南充市公安局出入境管理支队: 兹 有 我 ********* 公 司 ， 属 内 资 企 业 / 外 资 企 业 ， 主 要 从 事 *********************业务。由于公司发展需要,计划聘请*********学 校******籍学生*******先生/女士，护照号码:********，自****年*月* 日至****年*月*日在我公司进行勤工助学，周工时不超过**小时，月工 时不超过**小时，主要负责公司*********业务。具体工作内容如下: 1、********** 2、********** 我公司承诺：保证******先生/女士在华期间遵守中华人民共和国各 项法律法规及规章制度，并提供相应的聘用外国人资质的材料。 *******公司 ****年**月**日 —6—  附件 3：西华师范大学国际学院来华留学生实习申请表 学号(Student 姓名(Surname) number) 护照号(passport number) 国籍(Nationality) 学历层次(Educational level) 专业(Profession) 签证有效期(Visa 手机号码（Mobile Number） Expiration Date) 是否具有聘用外籍 实习单位（Name of 是 否 人士资质(qualified internship unit） （yes） (no) to hire foreigners) 实习期限（Internship 年 月 日 —— 年 月 日 duration） 实习地点（Internship Location） 实习单位联络人（Contact 联络电话 Person） （Tel） 实习内容或岗位描述 （Internship content or job description） —7—  经与父母和用人单位协商，结合本人就业需求,申请自己联系实习单位 完 成 学 校 规 定 的 实 习 安 排 。 在 实 习 期 间 承 诺 做 到 以 下 几 点 ： (After consultation with parents and employers, combined with my employment needs, I apply to contact the internship unit to complete the internship arrangement stipulated by the school.
