SCOPE It is applicable for all the utility operators in the Fresh Division. RESPONSIBILITY: Maintenance Operator – Responsible for operation of Cooling Tower and related equipment as per the SOP. Supervisor – Monitoring the entire process Engineering Manager – Accountability ABBREVIATIONS: 1.0 Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) related Hazards, Consequences, & Precautions: Hazards Consequences Precautions Ensure proper housekeeping. 1.Water spillage in floor Physical injury Use safety shoes and safety helmet. Use safety goggles 2.Hitting in structures Head injury Wear safety helmet with chinstrap. 3.Chemical Contact Skin injury Use of safety Goggles & Nitrile gloves 1.1 PPEs: Use Nitrile gloves, Wear Helmet with chinstrap, Safety Shoes, Goggles, Ear plug.
