The PSHS Foundation, Inc. has since 1978 been bridging the gap between the available government funds and the actual financial requirements needed by the school. Verily it provides the necessary extras to maintain educational excellence for the PSHS scholar. The Programs of the Foundation: Faculty Assistance and Development Program Faculty Merit Awards Teachers are given monthly honoraria at rarious levels based on their performance during the immediately preceding school year. This is to somehow lessen the gap between the salaries of the PSHS teachers and the salaries of the teachers in the private schools.
