## LEARNING TASK 2 ### Using a single OLR contact Note that in Figures 1 to 6, three n.c. OLR contacts are shown. This is because a detector or heater element is required in each line conductor to the motor. In practice, the three heaters are often mounted in such a way that each heater can operate just one master set of contacts. A schematic diagram is used to indicate this by using just one OLR contact, as shown in Figure 7. Note that the n.c.
