Osteolysis of tibial diaphysis. Moth eaten appearance with lucent areas with are ill-defined. Joint No involvement across the joint Pathological fracture most likely due to bone neoplasia #universityofsurrey 2 Evaluate….. Soft tissue Soft tissue swelling around proximal humerus Bone Moth eaten lysis of proximal bone with clear transition zone. Sunburst and amorphous periosteal reaction suggestive of aggressive lesion. Soft tissue Soft tissue swelling around elbow joint Increased opacity in soft tissue likely enesthesophtye Bone Irregular border with evidence of osteophytes surrounding articular surface. Soft tissue Soft tissue swelling around digits, especially D5 Bone Marked evidence of new bone proliferation and osteophytes on all phalanges but in particular D5. Soft tissue Swelling around antebrachium Bone Fracture to distal radius and ulna. Transverse fracture. Caudal and medial displacement of proximal fragment. Simple and closed.
