You will be given 5 minutes to discuss among with your members and after we will proceed with the presentation LET’S DO A SELF CHECK: GROUP PRESENTATION For your presentation, please be guided of the following questions: 1. Among the 10 listed social realities, which one did you choose and why? 2. How are the concepts culture, society and politics used in the chosen social reality? 3. What are the positive and negative effects of such social reality in the daily living of the Filipinos? CONCEPTUAL TOOLS SOCIAL REALITIES Beliefs Values Behavior THE SOCIAL DYNAMICS CULTURAL CHANGE / TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGE  a term used in public policy making that emphasizes the influence of cultural capital on individual and community behavior.  sometimes called repositioning of culture, which means the reconstruction of the cultural concept of a society. SOCIAL CHANGE is progress, evolution or transition within a culture or society. refers to an alteration in the social order of a society. Social change may include changes in nature, social institutions, social behaviors, or social relations. POLITICAL CHANGE a significant disruption in a government that leads to new or modified leadership or policies occurs when the rulers in the country lose power or the type of governance changes.
