Working with creation and transfer of information (ICT, media sharing) including research and development, as well as knowledge based services like consultation. Examples: ICT industries, R&D industries, QUINARY INDUSTRY Control the industrial ang government decision-making process which includes industry executives and management, bureaucrats, and elected officials in government. Examples: Government Owned and Controlled Corporations (GOCCs) Executives Philippine Standard Industrial Classification (PSIC) A detailed classification of industries prevailing in the country according to the productive activities undertaken by establishments. This is patterned to the United Nations International Standard Industrial Classification (UNISIC) Major Industries in the Philippines Agribusiness Manufacturing Retail and Services International Trade Agribusiness Agribusiness A business that earns most or all of its revenues from agriculture. An agribusiness tends to be large scale operations and deals with farming, processing, and manufacturing, packaging, and distributing agricultural products.
