More precisely, they were conducted in two sessions. Candidates were assigned to only one of the sessions — either the forenoon session or the afternoon session. The question papers were di erent for each session. Test papers are held in multiple sessions when the candidate count is so high that they cannot all be accommodated for the test in the same session. The scores of the candidates were normalized according to the normalization formula given in the Information Brochure. Notation: Square brackets [a , b] denote closed intervals.
