Descripción del trabajo / Work description Procedimiento detallado del procedimiento de emergencia para actuar sobre el fuego de las baterías de Ion Litio de las UPS. Se tipifica esta operación con un riesgo alto e impacto alto. Requisitos previos / Previous Requeriments Check Asegurarse que todo el personal implicado está perfectamente acreditado y lleva visible su identificación. / Ensure that all personnel involved are perfectly accredited and carry their identification visible. Verificar que todos los componentes (interruptores, mandos y equipos) están perfectamente identificados / Verify that all components (switches, controls, and equipment) are perfectly identified Verificar el correcto funcionamiento de los dispositivos de comunicación (teléfonos, tablets, walkies, etc.) / Check the proper functioning of communication devices (phones, tablets, walkies, etc.). Verificar que toda la documentación (planos, manuales, procedimientos, etc.) están disponibles y con fácil acceso / Ensure that all documentation (blueprints, manuals, procedures, etc.) is available and easily accessible. Análisis de Riesgo / Rysk Analysis Check Por ello, los servidores de las salas IT estarán siempre alimentados desde dos salas MDV’s, por tanto, ante la perdida de una de las alimentaciones, la otra asumiría la carga mientras tengamos la UPS en Bypass de Mantenimiento. AN ENDEAVOUR COMPAN  Edged Data Center EOP - 033 - ACTUACION INCENDIO BATERIAS ION LITIO Equipamiento y materiales necesarios / Necessary equipment Check Cámara termográfica / Thermal camera Llave para apertura de cuadros / Key for opening panels Teléfono móvil o walkie talkie / Mobile phone Respirador autónomo (en casos de abundante humo) / Self-contained respirator (in case of heavy smoke) EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN EOP: ACTUACION INCENDIO BATERIAS ION LITIO Nº Procedimiento Detallado / Detailed Procedure Check 1 DESCRIPCIÓN Primeramente, el equipo de seguridad revisará mediante la central de incendio en que zona se 1.1 encuentra el incendio. / First, the security team will use the fire control panel to check in which area the fire is located. El equipo de seguridad revisará desde las cámaras si se observa algún fuego en la zona que se 1.2 indica desde la central de alarmas. / The security team will check from the cameras if any fire is observed in the area indicated by the alarm center. El equipo de seguridad verificará in situ con la mayor protección posible (mirando desde el ojo de buey de las puertas), comprobando las dos hipótesis anteriores. En base a esto se decidirá si se debe continuar con el protocolo de evacuación del centro. / The security team will verify in 1.3 situ with the greatest possible protection (looking from the porthole of the doors), checking the two previous hypotheses. Based on this it will be decided whether to continue with the evacuation protocol of the center. 1.4 Si el fuego es incipiente – controlable / If the fire is incipient - controllable A) Si no existe riesgo de propagación del fuego o humo en la celda aguas arriba de la zona donde existe el fuego, procederemos a realizar el corte en el interruptor correspondiente. Tanto desde la salida del interruptor de la MVD de la rama correspondiente como en el interruptor de salida de UD. B) Si debido al humo o posible propagación del fuego, no es posible cortar en la celda aguas arriba de la zona donde exista el fuego, procederemos a realizar el corte en remoto desde el BMS con el usuario admin. El corte se realizaría tanto desde la salida del interruptor de la MVD de la rama correspondiente como en el interruptor de salida de UD. 1.4.1 A) If there is no risk of fire or smoke propagation in the cubicle upstream of the area where the fire exists, we will proceed to cut off the corresponding circuit breaker. (Marcado en la X del siguiente plano) / Act on the fire by means of basic extinguishing action with the portable means available in each of the zones (marked in the X of the following plan). 1.4.2 3  Edged Data Center EOP - 033 - ACTUACION INCENDIO BATERIAS ION LITIO Si no existe riesgo de propagación del fuego a otras salas, abrir las puertas de elefante y puertas que dan al exterior, con el fin de ventilar de forma controlada y eliminar el humo. / If there is no risk of fire spreading 1.4.3 to other rooms, open the elephant doors and doors leading to the outside, in order to ventilate in a controlled manner and eliminate smoke. En el caso de que mediante los extintores portátiles no se sofoque el fuego, nos apoyaremos mediante la red de hidrantes más cercana, como se indica en el plano. Para ello, deberemos de adaptar mangueras superiores a 100 metros con el fin de poder llegar a todas las zonas. / In the event that the portable extinguishers do not suffocate the fire, we will be supported by the nearest hydrant network, as indicated in the plan. For this, we will have to adapt hoses longer than 100 meters in order to be able to reach all areas. 1.4.4 4  Edged Data Center EOP - 033 - ACTUACION INCENDIO BATERIAS ION LITIO 1.5 Si el fuego es extendido-incontrolable / If the fire is extended uncontrollable Procederemos a realizar el corte en remoto desde el BMS con el usuario admin. El corte se realizaría tanto desde la salida del interruptor de la MVD de la rama correspondiente como en el interruptor de salida de 1.5.1 UD. / We will proceed to perform the cut-off remotely from the BMS with the admin user. The cut would be made both from the output of the MVD switch of the corresponding branch and the output switch of the UD. Esperar a servicio de bomberos y tener identificadas las zonas de actuación por parte de los bomberos para 1.5.2 agilizar su intervención. / Wait for the fire department and have the firefighters identify the areas where they can act in order to speed up their intervention.
