Why Engagement Matters A Gallup study found that teams with high employee engagement saw a 21% increase in profitability. About 32% of the full- employees surveyed were engaged in their work in 2022, while 18% were actively disengaged. The remaining 50% were neither engaged nor actively disengaged.
