Hypertensive ADHF 3. ADHF with acute pulmonary edema 4. Cardiogenic shock ## Mild to Moderate ADHF - Most common (70% of ADHF) - Presents with underlying HFrEF - Precipitated by LRTI ## Clinical Features: - Progressive dyspnea - Right-sided congestive symptoms - Tender, enlarged liver - Edema - No evidence of pulmonary edema/cardiogenic shock - 0/E - S3 heartsound - Cardiomegaly - MR (Possible d/t annular dilatation)
