Work Readiness and Termination Procedures

Returning to work

• Return from vacation requires a Readiness Form and must be closed as RA-02 Ready.
• Lack of Professionalism requires a Declaration and must be closed as RA-13 Retraining.
• Reject to work requires a Declaration, Readiness Form, and Warning Letter (if applicable), and must be closed as RA-02 Ready.
• Requesting Vacation requires a Declaration, Readiness Form, and must be closed as RA-02 Ready.
• Sick (returning to work) requires a Declaration, Readiness Form, Medical Report regarding their sickness, and must be closed as RA-02 Ready.
• Worker breached the Work Regulations requires a Declaration, Readiness Form, Warning Letter (if applicable), and must be closed as RA-02 Ready.

Termination

• Returned from Vacation (termination) requires a Repatriation Cost, Termination Form, and must be closed as RA-03 Termination.

• Criminal Issue requires a Repatriation Cost, LCN, Termination Form, and must be closed as RA-03 Termination.

• Lack of Professionalism (termination) requires a Latest Passport Copy, Repatriation Cost, LCN, Approval for termination, Termination Form, and must be closed as RA-03 Termination.

• Reject to work (termination) requires a Latest Passport Copy, Declaration, Repatriation Cost, LCN, Approval for termination, Worker cost (FT and remaining repatriation fees if over probationary period), Termination Form, and must be closed as RA-03 Termination.

• Sick (termination) requires a Latest Passport Copy, Declaration (if applicable), Unfit Medical Report, Repatriation Cost, LCN, Approval for termination, Termination Form, and must be closed as RA-03 Termination.

• Runaway Returned requires an Accommodation Stay Deduction Declaration (signed before investigation), Returned from Runaway Form, Declaration, Repatriation Cost, LCN, Approval for termination, Termination Form, and must be closed as RA-03 Termination.

Other

• Accommodation Stay Deduction Declaration must be signed before investigation for:
  • Lack of Professionalism
  • Reject to work
  • Sick
  • Worker breached the Work Regulations
  • Runaway Returned

Important Notes:

• Return types with multiple options (e.g., Reject to work, Sick) require a choice to be made.
• The table lists required documentation and closing codes for each return type.
• Specific requirements may vary depending on the individual situation.
• RA-16 is used for Sick Leave.
• Returned from Vacation requires a "Readiness Form" to close the Return Order.
• Workers returning to work from "Lack of Professionalism", "Reject to work", "Returning from Vacation", "Sick", or "Worker breached the Work Regulations" are required to sign an "Accommodation Stay Deduction Declaration" before an investigation.
• Workers who are terminated require a "Repatriation Cost" and "LCN" submitted.
• If a worker is terminated due to rejecting work a "Worker Cost" is required.
