Search Team (ST)

Consists of law enforcement personnel and remains on the Main frequency
Responsible for a room-by-room search of the structure to identify occupants and potential threats
Establishes a "secure corridor" with personnel at junctures for safety
Assigns personnel to provide overwatch for live occupants inside the structure

Tactical Triage Task Force (TTTF)

Deploys prior to total neutralization of the active assailant and clearing of the structure
Consists of:
- Security Contingent: at least 2 law enforcement officers
- Medical Contingent: at least 1 paramedic and 4 firefighters
TTTF Team Leader (TFTL) directs movements and monitors communications with the Contact Team
Assistant Task Force Team Leader (ATFTL) monitors the Interior frequency
