AMO CRM Basic Functions

- Eqt: Select the equipment type.
- Important: Always add the carrier MC# as a phone number within the contact. Include 0x in front if the MC# is less than 6 digits.
Emails
- Use the correct email address for the intended recipient.
- Proofread for errors before sending.
Certificate of Insurance (COI)
- Certificate Holder (customer company name, address): Can be easily added to the COI by contacting the insurance company directly.
- Additional Insured and/or Loss Payee: Must be requested by the carrier from the insurance company.
- Commercial General Liability: Ensure the COI includes a checked "Commercial General Liability" box with a minimum amount of $750,000.
- Deductible: Make sure the deductible amount is not higher than $1,500.
COI Checkpoints
- Issue Date: Must be less than 3 months old.
- Carrier company name: Match the name to the MC#.
- Auto Liability coverage: Must expire no less than two weeks after the scheduled delivery date.
- Trailer coverage: May be described as "Bailee for non-owned trailer".
- Certificate holder: Must include the customer company name and address.
Obtaining COI
- Check for saved COIs in the carrier folder.
- If a valid COI exists, use it.
- Use email templates for requesting a COI:
- "Trailer Info" template for carrier requirements.
- "Insurance Request" template for insurance company requests.
- Check for available COIs in Safer Watch.
- Save received COIs in the carrier folder.
- Attach the COI to the trailer request.

- Move all related files including:

Email Communication
