Verify the bypass valve is open to bypass the boiloff gas backpressure regulator to allow the distribution system to absorb extra boiloff gas.
Bypass the meter run by opening valves on the 4" bypass line if necessary.
Cease offload immediately if tank pressure cannot be maintained.
New operators must receive initial training and be trained on assigned tasks before performing tasks unassisted.
Qualification will be provided by several different methods, including on-the-job training, SOP review, performance evaluation, oral and written exams.
All operators will be reevaluated periodically, and IGU must maintain all training records for all employees for their entire employment plus one year.
