  • Over 4,100 active partners, inbounds, and guests are invited, with newly promoted partners invited post-NPE event.

KAYAK BTX Team Goals

  • Aim to provide exceptional customer service and create memorable travel experiences for PwC Partners and their families.
  • Focus on exceeding expectations during the travel arrangements.

Program Structure

  • Total of 7 family-friendly meetings (Family site) and 14 adult-only meetings (Adult site).
  • 2 meetings designated solely for business sessions.
  • Each program will include members from the Planning Committee and staff.

  • Each partner may book one online PNR (Passenger Name Record) for up to 9 travelers.
  • BTX handles offline arrangements for additional guests, itinerary changes, cancellations, and international attendees.

Payment Details

  • PwC covers costs for partners and primary guests under a BTA (Business Travel Account).
  • Two WBS codes are utilized for tax purposes between partner and associated guests.
  • Other guests incur costs on personal cards, with monitoring not required if corporate cards are used.

Booking Processes

  • Participants can choose dates/times as desired without requiring prior approvals.
  • Meeting times are provided for planning, but seat assignments for multiple passengers are unavailable yet.
  • Compleat system manages ticketing, seat assignments, and invoicing, handling any unavailability by reverting to agent processing.

Transaction Fees

  • Fees apply per new PNR regardless of passenger count.
  • A FPE Smartflow document details the booking process and provides guidance.

Specific Booking Procedures

  • Family Site Online Booking: Partners can book for themselves plus their primary and secondary guests, providing all necessary personal info.
  • Family Site Offline Booking: Allows guest modifications post-initial booking, with the possibility of creating a single multi-pax PNR upon request.
  • Utilize specific passenger types when booking children or infants, using CHD for children aged 2-11 and INF for infants.
