Exams

• Format: Written exam (one or two steps), multiple choice + optional oral exam
• Multiple Choice Exam: 30 questions; no going back; correct answers +1 point; incorrect answers -0.25 point; no answer = 0 points; 30 minutes duration
• Oral Exam: Optional; required if score is over 26 out of 30 on the initial multiple choice exam
• Project Presentations: Optional; can boost final grades

First Assignment

• Topic: Most Interesting Hotel Brands in Italy
• Format: 1-2 slide case study
• Submission: By next Monday via email
• Include: Revenue, number of rooms, specialization, key variables, relevant highlights/news, and why the case is of interest
