Course Evaluation

Group Presentations (30%):
- Groups formed in Session 1 with the teaching assistant
- 10-minute presentations on leadership topics during the final session
- Presentations are part of the student's team
- Evaluation grid located in common resources on the K2 site

Group Case Evaluation (30%):
- Case study provided one week before the 4th session (accessible on K2)
- 2.5 hour analysis, 2-3 pages in length
- Submission to K2 website
- 10% deduction for every 15-minute delay

Individual Final Exam (40%):
- Based on all course materials (lectures, readings, videos, PowerPoint slides)
- Multiple-choice format, one correct answer per question
- No penalty for incorrect answers (guess if unsure)
