AR Reservations
- Project proponents are the only entities that can develop Accommodation Reservation (AR) reservations.
- Accommodation Reservation (AR) is covered under Regulation 11 of UDCPR.

- In exchange for developing the AR reservation, the project proponent is given FSI or TDR.

DP and RP Reservations
- For shifting DP Reservations within ITP, consultation with the Local Planning Authority is required.
- For shifting RP Reservations within ITP, consultation with the Divisional Joint Director of Town Planning is mandatory.
Land Transfer and Amenities
- Land under other DP roads in ITP shall be transferred to SPA or Local Authority.
