Mike Muricci - Schedule Changes
- Mike Muricci is no longer with Alliance.
- Requests for Mike should be booked with Jessie or Roger.
- Home inspections require confirmation with Rich.
- Mold inspections in Phoenix require adding Mike as a secondary inspector.
- Mike will not travel more than 45 minutes from his location.
- Deviations of more than an hour from the standard start time require inspector confirmation to avoid impacting their daily schedule.
- Mike can handle luxury homes but orders exceeding $4000 should be assigned to another inspector (for clients of AZ Luxury Real Estate).
- Invitation Homes should be scheduled with Jack unless unavailable.
- Maximum travel distance is 50 miles.
- If a hard copy of the report is required, send the property address, title company name, phone number, email address, and estimated closing date to Deandra via email or Simp Texting. She prefers not to conduct standalone termite or pool inspections. If Mitchell Group requests these, she will book.
Other Inspectors
- Bill is the only Tucson inspector for mold and sewer scopes, including home inspections.
- Check Bill's Spectora calendar before adding him as a third-party inspector.
Access to Supra/ARMLS in Tucson
- Tucson inspectors do not have access to Supra/ARMLS (with or without a CBS code).
- For the Mitchell Group - Tucson, the Buyer's Agent (BA) will provide access unless otherwise noted.
- Do not contact the Listing Agent for Mitchell Group Tucson inspections.
- Contact TC Katie for access questions for JMG (JMG Tucson agents).
- For all other Tucson agencies, check the agent's profile for a Technical Contact (TC).
- If no TC exists, contact the buyer's agent only.
