Inspection Scheduling Policies
- Confirm Saturday inspection requests with all inspectors before booking.
- Do not book pool inspections from October 1, 2024 to May 1, 2024.
- Currently only performing commercial inspections; confirm availability with Mike before booking.
- For access, attempt to request through ShowingTime first.
- Follow up on all online orders; verify information, offer additional services, and schedule the inspection.
- Confirm with the order initiator.
- Online orders are in the "Leads" section of Keystone.
- Chat interactions should begin with "Thank you for contacting Inspection Plus Group, this is --- How may I assist you today?"
- Follow up if a chat recipient hasn't responded after two minutes.
- For no reply, end chat, and suggest contacting 859-448-0213.
- Gather complaint details.
- B2B inspections for Wingman, DREES, All Clear Radon, and Advanced Radon.
- Radon requests: Gather caller info and send to Joy via SMS. Let caller know they'll get a call back for pricing and scheduling.
- Provide email with date, time, caller info, and message transcription.
- Follow up on radon requests as needed.
- Arrive 1.5 hours after inspection start.
- Inspection reports available by 12:00 noon the following day; if unavailable.

- Radon drop-offs/pick-ups outside of inspection times available at 12:30 pm or 5:30 pm (1-hour access).
- Gather info for Radon drop-offs and pick-ups, and pass to Joy via SMS; contact for pricing and availability.
- Rich Faller for Mold testing; scheduled 8 am - 4 pm (1-hour duration).
- Rich Faller for Mold: Required access for sewer scope in home.
- Sewer scope includes 2 cleanouts; additional charge for over 2 cleanouts.
- 90% of sewer scope activity in basement; residents can be home.
Scheduling Guidelines
- No schedules prior to 9:30 AM EST during the week.
- Earliest scheduling time: 9:30 AM EST, latest: 3:00 PM EST.
- Be mindful of travel times when scheduling back-to-back jobs.
- Termite inspections: 30 minutes (house only), 45 minutes (house + additional structures).
- Thermal imaging camera is used but not offered as a service.
- Pictures/videos not provided in reports.
